Byron graduated from Bond University in 2017 with a Doctor of Physiotherapy Degree.
Prior to this, he completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science also at Bond University.
Byron is a Senior Physiotherapist with a rigorous background in Sports and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation. His career saw him begin in a busy private practice managing a varied caseload with patients of all ages across a range of sports, pre and post operative care, DVA and those looking to return to work following workplace injury.
Born and raised in Tweed Heads, Byron is passionate about using his experience to give back to the local community. His career to date has seen him work with elite and recreational surfers, every day athletes and local sporting clubs including the Bilambil Jets Rugby League Cub and the Tweed Heads Seagulls Queensland Cup in 2021.
